Working with the American Porch Company is easy.

We begin by visiting your home to take the proper measurements, assist you with selecting one of our original porch designs, and completing an estimate for our work.* 

Once you have a finalized your selection, a 50 percent deposit is required to place your order.  The remaining balance is payable upon installation.

Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a drawing to use when you apply for a building permit from your local municipality (if required).  Once you receive your building permit, which might take up to 60 days, we will begin construction of your porch in our state-of-the-art production facility. 

It typically takes about a month from when you notify us you have received your building permit to complete production of your porch.  When the pre-fabrication phase of your porch is completed, we will call you to schedule a convenient time for installation at your home.  Most porches can be installed within one day.  After that, most homeowners like to paint their porch to match their home’s exterior trim and style.
